P21 Chiangmai Hotel Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai

My stay at the hotel was overall positive, as it was spotlessly clean and offered a cozy environment away from the hustle of the main street. The staff, especially Tae, were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. However, I faced a significant issue with bugs in the room that detracted from my experience. While the location was fantastic, being close to various amenities and attractions, I’m not sure I would return due to the pest problem.

Portico 21 has a solid location, being conveniently near the Sunday Market and local restaurants while offering a clean and well-kept environment. The staff is polite and attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. However, I found the rooms to be on the small side with basic amenities, and the complimentary breakfast lacked variety. Given the prices, I believe there are better options available in the area.
