Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall positive, as it was spotlessly clean and offered a cozy environment away from the hustle of the main street. The staff, especially Tae, were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. However, I faced a significant issue with bugs in the room that detracted from my experience. While the location was fantastic, being close to various amenities and attractions, I’m not sure I would return due to the pest problem.
Portico 21 has a solid location, being conveniently near the Sunday Market and local restaurants while offering a clean and well-kept environment. The staff is polite and attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. However, I found the rooms to be on the small side with basic amenities, and the complimentary breakfast lacked variety. Given the prices, I believe there are better options available in the area.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, finding it to be a great value for the price I paid. The rooms were spacious and clean, which contributed to a comfortable experience. However, the breakfast selection could use some improvements, and I did experience some noise issues during my stay. Overall, it's a solid choice with room for enhancement.
I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel located near the Night Bazaar. The rooms were modern and clean, and I really appreciated the peaceful environment. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, but keep in mind that the breakfast menu was somewhat limited. Additionally, there’s no elevator, which could be a challenge for some guests, especially on the higher floors.
Staying at this hotel was a rewarding experience due to its unbeatable location just off the main street and the exceptional service from the staff. The rooms were clean with some nice touches, but the soundproofing could be better, especially with corridor noise. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, though a bit limited. Overall, the hotel offers good value for your money in a vibrant part of Chiang Mai.
